A dedicated and structured team, composed of representatives from Canada and the Paris headquarters, is responsible for overseeing the transition of Samsic Assistance operations at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
This setup ensures smooth coordination, operational continuity, and close support throughout the entire integration process.

• Human Resources
• GSE (Ground Support Equipment)
• QSSE (Quality, Safety, Security & Environment)
• Commercial
• General Management
Daily collaboration on the ground. these teams work closely on a daily basis with local staff, airline partners, and Toronto Pearson airport authorities to ensure a smooth, efficient, and secure transition.
This continuous collaboration helps maintain operational continuity and uphold a high level of service quality throughout the integration period.
